Cooling-Off Period

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, w4life offers self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, your Account is fully closed and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends — or ever, for permanent exclusion.

How to activate self-exclusion: Log in to your w4life Account, go to Account Settings, select "Responsible Gaming," then choose "Self-Exclusion." Select your preferred duration and confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation email to the address on your Account. During the exclusion period, w4life will also suppress all marketing communications to you.
